Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow platform implementations and enhancements. This role is responsible for coordinating internal teams, external partners, and business stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and communicate project status, risks, and issues.
• Conduct regular meetings with project team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with change management, governance, and security policies.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively to avoid project delays.
• Drive user adoption and support training efforts post-implementation.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 2+ years specifically managing ServiceNow projects.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow PPM).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Experience with working across development teams
