ServiceNow ITOM Solution Architect

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow ITOM solutions. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working with ServiceNow ITOM modules. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions
• Maintain and enhance existing ITOM configurations
• Develop and maintain integration solutions with external systems
• Translate technical requirements into scalable implementations
• Ensure solution quality and alignment Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting methods
• Experience integrating with third-party tools and cloud infrastructure
