We seek a Technical Consultant with HRSD experience to join our capability team. Our team partners with clients to deliver HRSD strategy and design, technology advisory, solution design, deployment, go-live, training and change support.
This role will act as a Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) delivery consultant for ServiceNow engagements. The consultant will deliver solutions based on requirements provided by the Slalom team and the Client. Solutions should be holistic in nature and include repeatable designs for productivity.
- The consultant will work with the client to understand their long-term Enterprise goals and how the ServiceNow platform fits into their application ecosystem. A roadmap will be designed and communicated to the client to help them move towards their goals.
- The consultant will translate business requests into requirements to hand off to a technical delivery team. All requirements must meet pre-defined standards and encompass the entire solution.
- The consultant will design technical blueprints for how HRSD can help meet the client's enterprise goals.
- The consultant will review and deliver technical solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements using ServiceNow best practices and standards.
- The consultant will mentor teammates on ServiceNow platform best practices about HRSD, platform architecture, customizations, etc.
To succeed, you will have experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations, multiple stakeholders, recommending and implementing solutions for exceptional outcomes. You will have a passion for leveraging ServiceNow for improving how people live and work, making things easier and better. You enjoy defining and implementing solutions that simplify, enhance, extend, and empower people to love what they do.
You will have strong communication and relationship-building skills to communicate and build relationships with all levels of an organization from end users to senior executives, including both technical and non-technical audiences. You will be capable and reliable in meeting tight schedules and deadlines while maintaining clear customer expectations throughout the life cycle of an engagement.
We are looking for a person who likes being part of modern developing teams and has implemented ServiceNow technologies and delivering ServiceNow projects. You will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical related field or business management, 2+ years of experience working in a client-facing role in a professional services organization, building and designing solutions that have been delivered to the marketplace, and 3+ years of deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and implementation, or similar technology.
