Solution Architect Role

We require an experienced professional to work with clients, analyze their requirements, and provide recommendations for ServiceNow solutions.

• • Analyze client needs and identify opportunities for enhancement
• Develop detailed plans for implementing ServiceNow
• Create prototypes to demonstrate the value of proposed solutions
• Provide cost estimates and timelines for implementation
• Lead technical teams during implementation
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules and workflows
• E nsure smooth integration with other enterprise systems
• Validate solutions
• Train end-users and support staff on new systems
• Monitor solution performance and suggest improvements Essential Qualifications
• More than 11 years of ServiceNow experience combined with over 10 years in IT management or leadership
• A proven track record with ServiceNow in ITSM and ITOM
• A deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform
• Extensive technical expertise in data center operations, service design, service delivery, and continuous improvement
