ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM Enterprise Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional who can execute a range of technical duties including system administration, quality assurance testing, implementation, and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to expand their ServiceNow knowledge and consistently demonstrate the ability to perform without guidance or instruction.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience working as a fulfiller on ServiceNow
• Current Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery, Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM Pro
• Advanced skill in configuring and supporting ServiceNow
• Experience implementing ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
• ServiceNow Custom Reporting, Performance Analytics, and Dashboarding experience
• Strong ITIL methodology competency
• Ability to work remotely and largely unsupervised
• Experience producing and delivering written requirements and creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Experience producing and executing test scripts and test plans
• Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem solving ability
• Strong team player with ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the organization
• Willingness to develop professionally and eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping
• Certified Implementation Specialist – HAM Pro
