We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow architect to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions across various modules.

• This position involves collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in ServiceNow development, administration, or architecture roles, with a strong expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, or Security Operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Providing guidance on best practices, ServiceNow standards, and platform optimization.
• Oversight of ServiceNow implementation projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Conducting solution reviews, system audits, and identifying areas for process and technical improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, or architecture roles.
• Strong expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, or Security Operations.
• Experience with ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and system upgrades.
• Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), workflow design, and ServiceNow Studio. Benefits
