Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect and IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect and Technical Manager to lead our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide architectures, collaborating with customers and stakeholders, and providing guidance and leadership to development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive service management frameworks
• Lead multiple large-scale development and implementation projects
• Provide guidance and leadership to development teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 12+ years of experience
• 10+ years of experience as ServiceNow Developer
• 5+ years as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect
• 5+ years leading ServiceNow development teams

Required Skills:

• Expertise in developing enterprise-wide architecture
• Leading multiple large-scale development and implementation projects
• Providing guidance and leadership to development teams
• ServiceNow certification
• Certified System Administrator (baseline)
• Certified Application Developer (baseline)
• CIS certification in multiple areas
• 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews
• 5+ years of experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform
• 5+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications

Desired Skills:

• Experience with web development including technologies such as HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java
• Implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow
• REST and SOAP web service protocols
• Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces and External Portals
• SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP
• Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications
• Project Management or Agile certification
