Job Title: ServiceNow Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations, you will be responsible for the operationalization and administration of our existing CMDB.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with implementation of Resource Manager/Time Sheet Portal, Project Management modules and reporting/dashboard creation. You will also have excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

A minimum of three years' experience as a Project Lead for ServiceNow implementation and Administration is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.
