Key ServiceNow Consultant Role
To succeed in this dynamic position, you will need to have extensive experience with ServiceNow and strong IT management/leadership skills. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and recommending suitable ServiceNow solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include crafting technical blueprints for ServiceNow implementations, preparing proposals with detailed cost estimates and implementation timelines, guiding developers and stakeholders throughout the implementation process, configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules and workflows, ensuring seamless integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications, conducting thorough testing to ensure the solution functions as designed and meets performance benchmarks, training end-users and support teams on the new ServiceNow system, and continuously monitoring performance and suggesting improvements for efficiency and scalability. Requirements:
- 11+ years of experience with ServiceNow and 10 years of combined experience in IT Management/Leadership
- A passionate Servant Leader and employee advocate with a strong ServiceNow track record in ITSM/ITOM
- A strategic thinker with a comprehensive vision of the ServiceNow platform and delivery in alignment with organizational goals
- Vast technical acumen spanning data center operations, service design, service delivery and continuous improvement, enterprise monitoring, database architecture/administration, and application development
