ServiceNow Technical Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member, you will establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert and liaison among clients, business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Attend senior management-level meetings to obtain business requirements, offer solutions, and serve as an expert on ServiceNow tool capabilities.
- Lead technical discussions around ServiceNow solution design, and architecture on larger development efforts such as integrations or new module implementations or customizations.
- Provide and ensure adherence to development guidelines as it relates to security, performance, re-usability, scalability and stability, code reviews, API usage.
- Collaborate with teams and clients to develop and maintain a technical roadmap for the ServiceNow platform that aligns with customer transformation objectives and balances technical and business needs.
- Lead the technical aspects of ServiceNow implementation projects and provide advanced technical support in ServiceNow tool configuration and custom development.
- Create and maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagrams supporting and communicating changes to ServiceNow platform applications.
- Support business capture efforts across multiple federal markets by serving as the ServiceNow SME and contributing to proposals/responses, marketing materials, case studies, and participating in presentations and/or challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of successfully leading technical projects.
