ServiceNow Solutions Architect

This role plays a pivotal part in designing and delivering scalable, sustainable ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise.

• Leads platform architecture and solution design for IT service management, customer service management, technology service management, field service management, and core ServiceNow functionality.
• Built scalable maintainable solutions aligned with best practices and supports overall business goals.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Serves as senior technical advisor and mentor promoting code quality reuse and adherence to platform standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing complex workflows, automations, integrations using JavaScript and ServiceNow platform tools.
• Participating in sprint planning, peer code reviews, and architectural governance processes.
• Staying current with ServiceNow releases and assessing opportunities to incorporate new features and capabilities.
• Supporting compliance with regulatory controls by following established development processes and documentation standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development including designing and implementing solutions across modules with deep knowledge of the platform's architecture and best practices.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform integrations, client-server-side scripting, and workflow automation design.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into sustainable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
