Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, integrate, and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.
• Develop and enhance scoped applications in ServiceNow, utilizing its robust features and capabilities.
• Design and implement catalog items, record producers, workflows, and custom applications that meet specific needs.
• Write and optimize scripts using GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes, and APIs, ensuring seamless integration and efficient data management.
• Implement and troubleshoot ACLs and apply ServiceNow security best practices, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with Agile teams consisting of Scrum Masters, Architects, Analysts, and Developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A valid Secret security clearance and strong understanding of related regulations and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a focus on software development and IT service management.
• At least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development, beyond admin-level configuration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strong scripting skills, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, and Client/Server-side technologies.
