Senior Technical Advisor

We are looking for a senior technical advisor to guide customers in designing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow ITSM solutions.

  • Main Objectives:
  • Leverage expertise in ITSM to drive business outcomes and IT transformation.
  • Define and implement ServiceNow ITSM best practices to enhance IT processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
  • Provide training and mentorship to colleagues and partners to promote knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Contribute to pre-sales efforts by participating in RFPs and proposal development.
  • Travel as needed to support customer engagements and partnerships.

You will require a proven track record of success in IT transformation and a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM. A passion for innovation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
