Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Specialist to join our team. This role will involve working on the implementation and customization of ServiceNow, a leading platform for IT service management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in ITSM or ServiceNow Development, with a strong understanding of the software development life cycle. They will also possess excellent technical skills, including configuration, integration, custom programming, and data import.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow to meet client needs
• Develop and implement workflows, business rules, and client scripts
• Participate in full software development life cycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, training, and operational support
• Serve as an individual contributor or team member on ServiceNow engagements

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of ITSM or ServiceNow Development experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum software development environment
• Familiarity with implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
