Senior Application Developer - ServiceNow

ServiceNow Developers are in high demand across the IT industry. We seek a highly experienced ServiceNow Lead with 14+ years of IT/software development experience, including 8+ years in ServiceNow design, development, and implementation.

• Create new ServiceNow applications to support evolving business needs.
• Customize workflows, scripts, and automations to enhance existing ServiceNow apps.
• Develop web portals using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular for internal and external clients.
• Maintain platform health, compliance, and performance of ServiceNow and its applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues with end-users.
• Provide technical leadership during problem-solving, testing, and production support.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Develop standalone tools, dashboards, and reporting modules for ITSM and project workflows.
• Configure ServiceNow objects including Tables, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Pages, and Macros.
• Plan, deploy, and validate ServiceNow patches, upgrades, and version releases.

Technical Requirements

• 14+ years of IT/software development experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern web technologies.
• Strong experience in workflow configuration, automation, and platform integrations.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and platform components.
• Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow upgrades and patch deployments.
