Cloud Native ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, deployment and optimization of our Model-Based Systems Engineering platform.

This cloud-native environment supports seamless digital thread integration, tool interoperability and AI-ready data structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain ServiceNow infrastructure and APIs in AWS cloud
• Develop and enforce complex roles and permissions for secure data access
• Integrate ServiceNow with IdAM, Active Directory, and LDAP
• Lead CI/CD and DevSecOps practices using Foreman, GitLab, Selenium
• Develop automated testing plans for functional and security validation
• Create and maintain technical documentation and infrastructure diagrams
• Presentation of technical solutions to senior leadership and government stakeholders
• Troubleshoot across hybrid environments (Linux/Windows)
• Collaboration within Agile scrum teams to deliver iterative enhancements
• Configure monitoring tools (Grafana, Splunk) for ServiceNow visibility

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of ServiceNow development and architecture experience
• DoD 8570 requirements (Security+ CE Certification)
• ServiceNow Certifications
• Minimum of an active TS/SCI CI Poly
• Deep expertise in CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automated testing
• Strong understanding of secure cloud architecture (preferably AWS)
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, FlowDesigner, and SAM
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira story decomposition
• Proficiency in Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab, and Selenium
• Solid grasp of Active Directory, LDAP, and secure environment protocols
• Ability to create end-to-end visibility using AppDynamics or DynaTrace
