• Collaborate with strategic customers to analyze business needs and develop comprehensive programs to achieve identified objectives.
• Offer pre-sales support to clients seeking service management roadmaps and advise on required solutions and technologies.
• Engage with customer stakeholders and project teams to understand design requirements, constraints, and options.
• Pursue continuous learning and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in ITIL ServiceNow technology and industry expertise.
• Lead knowledge sharing activities and contribute regularly to team meetings. Requirements
• Demonstrated expertise as a trusted advisor to customers in ServiceNow road-mapping and design.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience delivering Service Management projects in a customer-facing context, with exposure to cloud management, orchestration, discovery, security operations, governance/risk/compliance, HR Customer Service Management, IT Operations, reporting & analytics, project & portfolio management, configuration management, asset management, financial management, vendor management, SIAM integrations.
• A proven track record of carrying out pre-sales activities with customers.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow developer APIs, development tools, and techniques. About the Opportunity
