ServiceNow Administrator Specialist

Role Overview

This position requires Security Clearance. As a key member of our team, you will support 120,000 colleagues and 20 million citizens through ServiceNow and Amazon Web Voice at the largest government implementation in Europe.

You will be responsible for day-to-day management and administration of all DWP ServiceNow instances with Amazon Web Voice capability and supporting infrastructure. Main Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ServiceNow features/applications to meet strategic plans.
• Provide technical support and assistance to delivery teams.
• Offer 3rd line support for incidents, problems, and changes.
• Administrate and support infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure services including alerts.
• Maintain a solid understanding of technical concepts relevant to the role.
• Develop expertise as a subject matter expert in platform security, performance, or integrations. Benefits
