- Define technical vision and roadmap for ServiceNow implementations
- Lead large-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Mentor developers and analysts in ServiceNow best practices Requirements
- 7+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in ServiceNow architecture
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, and CMDB
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks and DevSecOps practices
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
