We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Technical Solutions Architect. This key position will be responsible for developing and implementing architectural solutions that meet the needs of our organization. ">

Key Responsibilities ">

• Design and develop technical architectures that align with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit and translate business requirements into technological solutions
• Participate in the design and modeling of architectures for delivery, development, and support of projects
• Ensure compliance with organizational architectural principles and patterns
• Promote the reuse of services, components, frameworks, and infrastructure as code to reduce costs and improve information flow
• Support team members on the design of deployment strategies and solutions
• Maintain technical relationships with influential technical decision makers within the organization
• Makes recommendations to improve application operational efficiency, enhance program usage, and increase understanding of the program
• Design both physical and logical components of solution architectures that deliver positive business outcomes
• Works closely with Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with organizational standards
• Provides feedback to Enterprise Architecture with respect to potential deviations from or necessary modifications to existing architectural principles and patterns ">

Required Skills and Qualifications ">

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, and five years of experience in enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, or technical architecture
• Or a High School Diploma/GED and nine years of experience in enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, or technical architecture
• Experience with N-tier architectures, complex design architectures, Agile methods, and technical, application, and information architecture delivery techniques
• Certifications in technology domains and awareness of security design techniques
• Hands-on depth in one or more popular programming languages and knowledge of cloud infrastructure, platforms, and cloud-native serverless architectures
• Knowledge of containers, container orchestration, instrumentation, telemetry, and observability frameworks and platforms, and Customer Relationship Management systems ">

Additional Job Details ">

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience and expertise in ServiceNow architecture, development, and integration
• Experience with complex ServiceNow Integrations, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, VR, APM, Service Portal, and BCM
• Strong knowledge of CMDB components including Cloud, Containers, Server Infrastructure, Network Infrastructure, CSDM 5.0, CMDB Tables, CMDB Best Practices, Service Mapping, and ITOM Discovery Design
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Certification from ServiceNow is highly preferred
