As a seasoned ServiceNow expert, you will lead the development of cutting-edge applications, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions. Your technical expertise spans across ServiceNow products, enabling you to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance existing applications. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new ServiceNow applications to meet evolving business needs.
  • Customize workflows, scripts, and automations to improve existing ServiceNow applications and processes.
  • Develop web portals using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular for internal and external clients.
  • Ensure platform health, compliance, and performance of ServiceNow and its applications.
  • Collaborate with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Provide technical leadership during problem-solving, testing, and production support.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  • Develop standalone ServiceNow tools, dashboards, and reporting modules to support ITSM and project workflows.
  • Configure and manage all ServiceNow objects, including tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, UI pages, and macros.
  • Plan, deploy, and validate ServiceNow patches, upgrades, and version releases. Technical Requirements
  • 14+ years of IT/software development experience.
  • 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and modern web technologies, with expertise in reusable and scalable coding practices.
  • Strong experience in workflow configuration, automation, and platform integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and platform components.
  • Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow upgrades and patch deployments. Functional Skills & Attributes
