[Remote] ServiceNow Architect – ITSM & Platform Strategy

They are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and governance of their ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM transformation and enterprise-wide integration strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall architecture and roadmap for ServiceNow platform adoption
• Lead the design of ITSM solutions and integrations with enterprise systems
• Provide technical leadership to developers and ensure alignment with architectural standards
• Conduct platform health checks, performance tuning, and governance reviews
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions
• Evaluate and recommend new ServiceNow modules and capabilities

Skills

• 10+ years of experience
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, platform architecture, and enterprise integrations
• Proven experience in setting up and scaling ServiceNow across large organizations
• Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Experience with multi-instance strategy, upgrade planning, and security best practices
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Implementation Specialist certifications preferred
