We're seeking a Principal Platform Architect to join our Customer Outcomes team. This technical advisory role is responsible for helping customers establish a solid technical foundation in the ServiceNow platform and design solutions that improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. They will also possess a strong background in management consulting, with expertise in architecture and design, cloud application technology, and industry domain knowledge in Financial Services or Public Sector. Responsibilities:

• Work with customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during solutioning and implementation
• Provide expert guidance to customers, partners, and internal team members on successful customer solutions
• Develop relationships with technical and business leaders at the customer site to understand the role of ServiceNow in their digital transformation vision
• Translate goals to outcomes into a customer roadmap and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint
• Manage technical governance, delivery operating model, and instance health while reducing technical debt and aligning to ServiceNow leading practices
