As a seasoned Technical Architect for ServiceNow, you will be responsible for leading the technical strategy and implementation of our ServiceNow initiatives. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain technical roadmaps, as well as providing expert guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow products, features, and best practices.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow technical architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Provide expert-level technical guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders, including training and documentation. Requirements
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on ServiceNow.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar technical architect role.
• Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow products, features, and best practices.
• Certifications such as CSA, CAD, and CIS.
• Proven experience supporting federal clients.
