MetaPhase is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our Federal IT team. As a technical leader, you will establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert and liaison among clients, business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

The successful candidate will oversee projects from an architecture design perspective through implementation, providing leadership and advocacy, as well as providing hands-on support as needed and assisting in troubleshooting/problem-solving.
