The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership on our ServiceNow platform, focusing on Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance capabilities. This includes designing and implementing solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in ServiceNow architecture, implementation, administration, configuration, development, integration, support, and continuous improvement. Additionally, experience with Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance, Performance Analytics, and related tools is highly desirable.

As a dedicated and results-driven professional, you'll also possess excellent collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills. Your ability to analyze complex problems, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions will be crucial in driving business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems
• Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying new insights to enhance our platform Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, administration, configuration, development, integration, support, and continuous improvement
• 4+ years of functional and technical experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance, and Performance Analytics capabilities
• Strong understanding of Vulnerability Management processes and workflows
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
