ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Title: Service Management Consultant Solution Architect - Finance and Supply Chain

The role involves designing and implementing scalable, integrated solutions across Source-to-Pay (S2P) workflows using the ServiceNow platform.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions for Source-to-Pay workflows, including Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO), Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO), and Accounts Payable Operations (APO).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and user stories.
• Design interaction layers for portals, case management, and integrations with financial systems and S2P applications.
• Conduct workshops to re-engineer finance and supply chain processes, identifying automation opportunities and pain points.
• Provide governance and mentoring to delivery teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform standards.
• Support integration with third-party systems such as ERP, ICertis, EDW, and risk management platforms.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including solution blueprints and configuration guides.
• Participate in agile sprints, MVP launches, and continuous innovation cycles to refine and expand solution capabilities.

ServiceNow expertise includes SPO, SLO, APO modules and their configuration. Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP, procurement, and financial systems. Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and supplier lifecycle management. Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist (IS) in relevant modules. Proficiency in scripting, REST / SOAP APIs, and Flow Designer.
