Accelerate and drive customer business outcomes by configuring ServiceNow ITAM products based on best practices. Be the technical expert in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities. Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow ITAM Solution's standard capabilities to improve their ITAM capabilities. Key Responsibilities

• Configure HAM and SAM capabilities using ServiceNow best practices.
• Support engagements for ITAM-specific process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis.
• Advise customers on taking advantage of ServiceNow ITAM Solution's standard capabilities.
• Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and ITAM Solution technology.
• Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and knowledge transfer documents.
