As a Senior Lead Software Development Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic technical team that digitally connects the world and shapes the future. You will work on translating business requirements into technical designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

The role involves key responsibilities including technical execution, mentoring junior developers, designing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, supporting scripted REST APIs, and collaborating with architects and senior engineers to define integration requirements.

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Implementing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Supporting the development of Scripted REST APIs, outbound REST Messages, IntegrationHub flows, and MID Server configurations.
• Collaborating with architects and senior engineers to define integration requirements.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements include 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and integrations, solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and web technologies, proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scoped applications, and ability to identify architectural considerations.
