As a ServiceNow Technical Architect you will establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert and liaison among clients, business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders. You will serve as lead and mentor for team members and oversee projects from an architecture design perspective through implementation, providing leadership and advocacy. You will provide hands-on support as needed and assist in troubleshooting/problem-solving.
The role requires a minimum of six (6) years of overall IT experience with a current CTA certification, two plus years of experience as a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect and/or ServiceNow Developer, and experience solutioning, designing, and implementing ServiceNow Cloud Platform solutions integrating with other Cloud Applications and Data Sources. Experience building scoped applications, Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence and consult around key technical decisions, and several relevant certifications are also required.
