Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Consultant, you will provide hands-on development assistance, coordinate with stakeholders, draft user stories, and answer technical questions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level technical assistance with form configuration, workflow management, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and rationale behind changes to existing functionality or new deployments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on all work completed.
• Lead technical implementation teams including code review for junior consultants.
• Design and implement innovative solutions to improve customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical consulting and project management.
• Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow and related technologies.
