Role – ServiceNow with FSO Exp Location – Stamford, CT (Local Preferred) Contract
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow FSO Consultant to support the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow’s Financial Services Operations (FSO) module. The ideal candidate has experience working with financial institutions and a deep understanding of financial workflows such as onboarding, case management, product servicing, and regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in transforming customer and employee experiences through the implementation of modern, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support the configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) module.
Design and automate workflows for financial services such as customer onboarding, account servicing, disputes, claims, KYC, and fraud investigations.
Collaborate with stakeholders from business, operations, risk, and IT to gather and refine requirements.
Customize FSO applications to support tailored financial processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to enable data-driven decision-making in financial service operations.
Provide support for integrations with core banking systems, CRMs, and other enterprise applications.
Participate in testing, go-live planning, and post-implementation support activities.
Stay updated on ServiceNow FSO roadmap and financial services regulations to guide solution improvements.
