Job Title: Solution Architect - ServiceNow

This role focuses on designing and developing scalable solutions using ServiceNow, a leading platform for IT service management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB is essential. Strong understanding of applicable programming methodologies such as JavaScript, API(Restful), XML, Java, Jelly scripting, and Angular JS is also required.
• Excellent communication skills are demonstrated by the ability to present complicated technical solutions to multiple audiences. An understanding of GRC/IRM industry trends is also necessary.
• 8+ years of development experience is expected along with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred. Experience with Agile Framework and hands-on Scaled Agile Framework experience are also beneficial.
• Machine Learning or Generative AI knowledge is a plus.
