Senior ServiceNow Developer Specialist

About the Position:

This role is responsible for designing and implementing efficient ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ITSM, Service Catalogs, and Record Producers, as well as expertise in creating workflows for each Catalog Item. Strong proficiency in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policy, UI Action, Script Include, Flow Designer, and Complex Workflows is essential. Main Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality workflows for Catalog Items
• Create complex workflows for Change Module and design new Change types
• Implement Inbound Email Actions to create and update records
• Configure SLA and Notifications, including Push Notifications and HTML templates
• Leverage Import Set API and Transform Maps
• Design Portal Creations for End Users to create Incidents and Requests
• Develop Metric Definitions
• Collaborate on Report creations, Gauges, Homepages, and Scheduling

Able to work with Mid Server installations and uploads.
