Must Have : ServiceNow, Cloud Accelerate, ITOM, Agile, JavaScript

Responsibility :

• 9+ years of professional experience (Level 4).
• Strong ServiceNow expertise and product implementations.
• Hands-on ITOM Cloud Accelerate experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Cloud Accelerate solutions following best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide innovative solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences.
• Write clear and comprehensive documentation.
• Build high-quality, scalable, and reusable code with strong software engineering practices (code reviews, unit testing, etc.).
• Own your code throughout the full lifecycle: design implementation test automation delivery.
• Enhance existing products while contributing to new product design and development.
• Mentor teammates and promote knowledge sharing.
• Work in an Agile development lifecycle.
