Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow Engineer with extensive experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Servicenow platform and its modules, as well as a strong technical background in IT operations and service management. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex Servicenow solutions to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implement enhancements to existing systems
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service management processes and procedures
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
• Ensure Servicenow platform stability and availability
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Servicenow developments and trends Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8-13 years of experience in Servicenow development and administration
• Expertise in Servicenow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, Service Portal, and CMDB
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management processes
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide
• Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, or ITIL v3 Foundation are a plus
