ServiceNow System Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator to support the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform for a government customer in Huntsville, AL.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent written and oral communications skills, and experience in business analysis, reporting, and/or ServiceNow administration.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
• Designing and developing reports and dashboards using ServiceNow tools
• Analyzing data to provide data-driven recommendations
