We are looking for an experienced Telecommunications Service Management architect to lead our ServiceNow implementation.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions for TSM.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Implementation: Define data models, integrations, workflows, and UI experiences across ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Implementation: Govern technical implementations across ITOM and ITSM modules.
• Reporting and Dashboards: Create custom performance analytics, reports, and dashboards.
• Knowledge and Mentorship: Guide and mentor development teams and platform administrators.
• Pre-Sales and Solutioning: Support pre-sales teams with solutioning and effort estimation.

Requirements:

• Technical/Functional Skills: Expertise in multiple End-to-End implementations of TSOM module. Knowledge of telecommunications network technologies and operational processes.
• Hands-on Development: Experience in creation, configuration, and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors, and Event rules.
• Integration: Hands-on experience with integrating ServiceNow with other CMDB tools and enterprise monitoring systems.
• Scripting Technology: Familiarity with scripting technology such as JavaScript, PowerShell, Perl, wmi, ssh, python, Xpath, SNMP.
• App Engine: Expertise in Custom module implementations.
