Job Overview
Sii's ServiceNow Competency Center supports customers across various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in enhancing customer platforms, optimizing process flows, and expanding platform usage within organizations.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve the quality of GI infrastructure and foundation data in ServiceNow
- Manage and maintain ServiceNow data assets, documentation, dashboards, and related materials
- Ensure compliance with data governance processes and standards across systems and teams
- Lead data quality initiatives for ServiceNow and LeanIX repositories, including CMDB and ITOM modules
- Provide insights through data analysis and visualizations to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and manage technical escalations to ensure system integrity
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly Foundation Data and IT Operations Management (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- Understanding of data modelling, visualization, and performance analytics tools
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and architecture (on-prem, cloud, network, security)
- Knowledge of CSDM, ITSM best practices, configuration management, and MDM
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including cross-functional collaboration
- Academic or practical background in IT and fluent English knowledge
- Fluent Polish required
