Senior ServiceNow Administrator Job Description

This is a senior-level role for an experienced administrator to oversee the ServiceNow platform and ensure its optimal performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in implementation projects, designing new solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive solutions during the implementation of ServiceNow products, including business-defined functions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Evaluate the platform and recommend improvements to customer solutions.
  • Identify and resolve recurring issues by investigating underlying problems.
  • Perform critical incident investigations and determine the root cause to prevent recurrence. Requirements:
  • English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
  • Previous experience in ServiceNow administration, preferably with certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript and experience in implementing ServiceNow products like ITSM, DISCOVERY, CMDB.
  • Experience with upgrading software and monitoring APIs for failures. What We Offer:
