ServiceNow Technical Lead

Job Description:

A seasoned ServiceNow Technical Lead & Solutions Architect is sought to serve as the chief technical authority on a DoD Insider Threat application. This role translates strategic objectives into a cohesive technical reality. Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the designated capabilities for the DSATS application, from high-level design to detailed implementation patterns.
• Serve as the Technical Solutions Architect, providing guidance to stakeholders and the Development Team on all technical matters.
• Align the technical strategy with concurrent development efforts, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior and mid-level Developers, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with the architectural vision.
• Architect and lead the development of robust API integrations with external DoD systems.
• Engineer solutions leveraging ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP web services, and other integration technologies. Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
• Proven experience architecting custom applications on the ServiceNow PSDS platform within a DoD or federal environment.
