Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect (Full Remote)

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to provide strategic direction for our internal ServiceNow platform. This role will play a key part in developing and implementing solutions that address our IT hardware asset lifecycle management needs.

Responsibilities:

• Review business requirements and determine best-fit solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Review current state of the ServiceNow Configuration (CMDB) and Asset Management Databases (AMDB) to propose alignment with out-of-the-box functionality and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Review, create and update user stories to guide the ServiceNow developer
• Review, document and guide changes to the ServiceNow platform
• Augment testing strategy and propose end-to-end tests for the CMDB/AMDB and its integrations
• Highlight opportunities for out-of-the-box reporting and performance analytics

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and autonomous with ability to work well with multiple teams in a cross-functional setting
• Ability to work on multiple initiatives concurrently and manage deadlines
• Result oriented and effective communicator
• Experience in implementation, configuration and deployment of ServiceNow instances including scripting, ITSM Pro suite, Hardware and Software Asset management, CSDM, and integration to third-party data sources

Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist: ITSM, HAM, SAM
