Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient ServiceNow developer, responsible for implementing and enhancing core modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.

The role demands a strong foundation in Discovery configurations, scripting, form customization, and continuous platform optimization.

The ideal candidate will ensure platform reliability through proactive monitoring and contribute to a seamless user experience across various ServiceNow components. Requirements:

• 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proven track record with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Discovery implementation.
• Experience with form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation.
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting platform issues and scripting errors.
