Expert ServiceNow Integration Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead our major consolidation initiative.

This role will focus on managing technical aspects of ServiceNow integrations with external applications, ensuring seamless connectivity and scalable data management.

The overall consolidation project is managed by multiple project managers and divided into process areas (Incident, Change, Request, etc.).

All ServiceNow integrations are centralized into one workstream for focused delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ServiceNow integrations, including API configurations, Integration Hub spokes, and Store add-ons.
• Collaborate within a dedicated integration workstream alongside a project manager and external system stakeholders.
• Support the management and integrity of foundational data in ServiceNow (companies, users, groups, locations).
• Ensure external applications are properly connected to ServiceNow, enabling clean and scalable data entry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with a focus on integrations and architecture.
• Strong background in regulated industries and large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with operational risk, compliance processes, and enterprise-level governance.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
