ServiceNow Developer Functional Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to lead the design and optimization of our platform capabilities.

• Main Responsibilities:
• • Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow applications and modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Oversee ServiceNow platform performance, upgrades, integrations, and overall health to ensure stability, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business and technical requirements into effective ServiceNow configurations and enhancements.
• Develop custom applications, UI policies, business rules, workflows, and automation scripts using JavaScript and REST APIs.
• Create dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and performance analytics to provide insights to stakeholders.
• Drive compliance with ITIL v4 standards and enterprise IT policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and user incidents.
• Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow's evolving capabilities and recommend enhancements to support digital transformation.
• Mentor and lead junior developers, ensuring code quality, documentation, and delivery best practices.
