Innova Solutions is currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join their team. As a full-time contract employee, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow IRM and TPRM modules to meet specific business requirements.

• Develop and design workflows, business rules, client scripts, and other ServiceNow components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Configure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems. Duties
• Perform unit testing and participate in system testing to ensure the quality and stability of solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow IRM and TPRM modules.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance (CIS-Risk) certification.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, as well as experience with ServiceNow scripting, including GlideRecord, GlideSystem, and other APIs. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
