Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and direction of our ServiceNow platform. As a key member of the Service Management team, you will be responsible for creating a holistic architecture that aligns with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a robust ServiceNow architecture that incorporates best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor on ServiceNow architecture and technical roadmap, maintaining strong relationships with technology leadership and stakeholders.
  • Connect stakeholders and technology partners to achieve business outcomes by identifying ServiceNow capabilities that align with our strategy.
  • Envision and enable mid- and long-term ServiceNow capabilities outside of ITSM/ITOM, such as Facilities, HR, CSM, Cloud Management, etc. About You
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing understanding of ServiceNow roadmap and latest feature/functionality.
  • Familiarity with Agile approach and industry standards (ITIL).
  • Deep expertise in ITSM implementation and improvement, including database architecture and relational databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective communication and presentation with stakeholders at all levels.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT implementations, 5+ years in IT architecture, Design principles, database architecture, and relational databases, 7+ years in implementing ServiceNow or SaaS platforms, and 7+ years creating strategic plans and roadmaps for enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect preferred; ITIL Foundations. About Us
