ServiceNow Strategic Business Partner

Job Title: ServiceNow StrategistType: Contract (12 months renewable)Experience Level: 8+ years including 3+ years in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)We are seeking experienced ServiceNow professionals to join a global digital transformation initiative.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Design and implement ServiceNow modules for order capture and orchestration, demand, project, and resource management.
• Collaborate with architects and other tech leads to ensure cohesive solution design.
• Support junior and senior developers providing guidance and hands-on assistance. Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow including 3+ years in SPM.
• Strong knowledge of CSDM, Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, PPM, Project Management, Demand Management, Integration Hub, scripted APIs, Portal management and customization.
• Excellent communication skills. Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Sales and Ordering processes.
• Familiarity with EAP and CSM modules.
