Our technology services client is seeking multiple ServiceNow Performance Analytics Consultant to join their team on a contract basis. These positions offer a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period. Below are further details about the role:

Role: ServiceNow Performance Analytics Consultant

Experience: 7- 10 Years

Location: Hyderbad, PAN India

Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days

Mandatory Skills: Supply Chain Domain, Now Platform, Integration, Custom App Developement

Job Description:

Performance Analytics

Must have

• 9 years of overall industry experience and at least 6 years of experience in ServiceNow preferably having Finance Supply Chain domain experience
• Minimum 3 years of NOW platform development experience
• Minimum 2 years of integrations experience REST APIs etc
• Minimum 2 years of Custom App development experience
• Ability to write optimal code using JS and should be strong in ServiceNow scripting
• Lead the design and implementation of Performance Analytics solutions in ServiceNow
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs targets and actionable insights
• Develop dashboards scorecards indicators breakdowns and widgets tailored to business needs
• Optimize data collection strategies and ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Integrate PA with various ServiceNow modules ITSM HRSD CSM etc
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and best practices in analytics and reporting

Must be hands on

• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements translate them into intuitive responsive user interfaces
• Experience in conducting architecture reviews design reviews code reviews testing debugging and documentation
• Experience in leading large global teams

Nice to have

• ServiceNow portal and UI Builder experience
