Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow Trainer located in Delhi, India. The ServiceNow Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, creating training materials, conducting lectures, and evaluating trainee performance. The trainer will also provide hands-on training and support to ensure trainees acquire essential skills for the efficient use of ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Information Technology and Software Development
• Experience in Teaching, Training, and Lecturing
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt training methods based on the audience's needs
• Experience with ServiceNow's platform and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or IT training are advantageous
